Our food pantries

We hold a monthly food pantry at our church as well as sponsor a bi-monthly food distribution truck.

  • 1st & 3rd Saturday of Every Month
  • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Must be a resident of Pulaski County.
  • Bring a box!!

During these trying times, finding ones-self in need of assistance is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about.  Looking back throughout the bible we see people helping each other in times of hardship and need.  That is why we are here; to fulfill that need and to lend aid to our neighbors.

We administer the Bread of Life Pantry using "The Emergency Food Assistance Program" or TEFAP guidelines.  An annual registration form is required for each family served.  If you are able, a copy of the form is found  >HERE<  to be printed and filled out at home.  Forms are also available at the pantry.

If there is an urgent need for food, please contact the church at the number listed >HERE<

The Food Finders mobile food pantry truck is a mobile pantry that visits the Star City community throughout the year.  There are no restrictions on who may receive items from the mobile food pantry truck, but there is a limit of two (2) families per vehicle.  All people, no matter where they live, are eligible.  The truck will be at the church on the following dates at 11:00 am [Eastern):
  • May 17, 2024
  • June 21, 2024
  • More dates may be added as they become available

Food Finders collects the Indiana Department of Health / HSI Proxy for each family that is being served by someone other than themselves.  Please have the form filled out prior to arriving for the distribution.  You may access a copy of the Proxy by clicking THIS LINK.
